User Agreement

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to Qiaotong-Auto B2B vehicle and parts listings, search, favourites, publishing, inquiries, support, business matching, multilingual content and reference currency displays.

Anyone using the Services for a business confirms that they are properly authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not register, publish, submit inquiries or use features that require acceptance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The platform is primarily for business buyers, importers, dealers, suppliers and authorised representatives with legal capacity and is not directed to children.
• You must hold registrations, permits and qualifications required for the relevant purchase, sale, export or import activity and verify destination-market requirements.
• Provide accurate, complete and current business, contact and qualification details, protect account credentials and take responsibility for authorised account activity.
• Notify us promptly through the platform contact channel if an account is compromised or used without authority.

3. Services and platform role

Qiaotong-Auto provides listings, filters, favourites, inquiries, support routing, business introductions, and reference information about export processes and currencies.

Unless a page, order or written document expressly identifies Qiaotong-Auto as seller, payee, carrier, inspector or agent, Qiaotong-Auto provides information and matching only. It does not take vehicle title or replace the parties to sale, payment, shipping, insurance, inspection or customs contracts.

The actual provider, fees, responsibilities and performance standards for each transaction are set by the contract, order or written confirmation signed for that transaction.

4. User content and listing rules

• Suppliers must ensure that vehicle, parts, price, mileage, year, condition, title, images and export-status information is truthful, lawful and not misleading.
• Buyers must submit genuine procurement needs and must not make malicious inquiries, false orders or use information for fraud.
• You confirm that you hold necessary rights to uploaded content and grant Qiaotong-Auto a non-exclusive licence to display, copy, translate and distribute it only as needed to provide, promote and improve the Services.
• Do not publish illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive or privacy-violating material. Qiaotong-Auto may review, reject, remove or request correction, but review does not release the publisher from responsibility.

5. Transaction checks and risk

Page content, currency conversions, vehicle status and export costs are preliminary references. Buyers and sellers must conduct independent due diligence and rely on definitive transaction documents.

• Verify counterpart identity, business qualifications, title, VIN, mileage, accident and repair history, inspection reports and export eligibility.
• Confirm in writing price, currency, exchange-rate basis, tax, payment stages, delivery terms, transfer of risk, insurance, warranty, acceptance and after-sales terms.
• Check export, transit and import rules covering licences, sanctions, foreign exchange, customs, emissions, vehicle age, steering position and certification.
• Use traceable business payment channels, avoid unverified personal accounts, and retain contracts, invoices, payment and shipping records.

6. Currencies, payment and logistics

CNY, USD or local-currency prices and exchange rates shown on the platform are references that may be delayed, rounded or volatile. They are not quotations, guarantees or financial advice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, transaction parties and their providers determine and bear the final currency, rate, fees, taxes, payment method, Incoterms or delivery terms, carriage, insurance, customs clearance and risk of loss.

7. Support and third-party services

The platform may offer automated questions, human support routing and WhatsApp links to collect requirements and assist business communications. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Independent WhatsApp, payment, inspection, logistics and cloud services are governed by their own terms. Qiaotong-Auto does not control their continued availability or independent conduct, without excluding any responsibility the law places on Qiaotong-Auto.

8. Prohibited conduct and enforcement

• Do not engage in smuggling, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, IP infringement, harassment, commercial defamation or other unlawful activity.
• Do not scrape or copy at scale without permission, reverse engineer, bypass security, upload malware, impersonate others or unlawfully collect user information.
• Do not manipulate rankings, reviews or inquiries, misuse support resources, or improperly intercept or harass business contacts obtained through the platform.
• Where reasonable evidence indicates a breach, security threat or legal risk, Qiaotong-Auto may issue warnings, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account proportionately, with reasons or an appeal channel where required.

9. Intellectual property

Qiaotong-Auto trademarks, logos, page designs, software, original text, database arrangement and other platform content are protected by applicable IP law. They may not be copied, modified, sold, publicly distributed or used for a competing commercial service without permission.

This does not change users' ownership of their own content or restrict legally permitted fair use. To report infringement, provide proof of rights and the relevant URL through the contact page.

10. Availability and limits of responsibility

We take reasonable measures to maintain service and information quality, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or the complete accuracy of third-party vehicle condition, price, stock, qualifications or transaction statements. We will try to announce planned maintenance in advance.

Each party remains responsible for its fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement and breach of law or contract. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits concerning indirect loss, lost profit or opportunity, and any compensation cap should be confirmed by legal counsel against the final services, fee model and operating entity.

11. Service changes, termination and updates

We may adjust features for security, compliance, technical or business reasons. Material changes, suspension or termination will be notified reasonably and, where practicable, allow time to address unfinished matters.

Updated Terms will be displayed prominently. Where consultation or advance notice is legally required, we will follow that process; material changes will generally be posted at least seven days before taking effect. Users who disagree may stop the affected Service or request account closure before then. Updates do not automatically rewrite completed transactions.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without excluding mandatory provisions that cannot lawfully be waived.

A dispute with the platform should first be discussed through the contact channel. If unresolved, either party may bring proceedings before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Disputes between transaction parties are handled under their separate transaction contract.
